Refund Policy

At Terpeneers, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Every item is made to order just for you, so please read this policy before purchasing.By placing an order, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Final: No Change-of-Mind Returns, Refunds or Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or because an item doesn’t meet personal expectations. Because production begins shortly after you order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Any exception is at our sole discretion. Please review product descriptions, size guides and your order details carefully before checking out.

2. Defective, Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, with a printing error, or isn’t the item you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

• Deadline: Contact us within 14 days of delivery, as shown by the carrier’s tracking.
• What to send: Your order number and clear photos of the issue, the item’s label, and the shipping package and label.
• Our remedy: Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll send a free replacement or the correct item. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer store credit or a refund to your original payment method, at your choice.
• Returning the item: You don’t need to send the item back unless we ask. If we do, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

3. What Isn’t Covered
The following are not considered defects and aren’t eligible for a replacement:

• Normal wear and tear, or damage from washing, drying or care that doesn’t follow the care instructions.
• Damage caused after delivery, including by accident or misuse.
• Minor variations in color, print placement or sizing. Because each item is printed individually, small differences from product images are normal.
• Differences in how colors appear on your screen.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
• Claims made more than 14 days after delivery.

4. Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Sale Items and Gift Cards
Discounted and promotional items are final sale, but defective, damaged, misprinted and wrong items are still covered under Section 2. Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)
If you’re a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

• How to cancel: Email info@terpeneers.com with a clear statement that you’re cancelling, your name, order number and delivery address. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
• Returning items: Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. Return shipping is at your cost, and items must be returned unworn and unused, in their original condition.
• Your refund: We’ll refund your payment, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the items back or proof that you’ve sent them, using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if an item’s value has been diminished by handling beyond what’s needed to check it.

Model cancellation form: “To Terpeneers LLC, 1804 Ave M, Brooklyn, NY 11230, United States, info@terpeneers.com: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [ ] Address: [ ] Date: [ ].”

7. Chargebacks
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, as we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. If a chargeback is filed for an order that was delivered as described, we’ll provide our order, production and delivery records to your card issuer to dispute it.

8. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country, state or province where you live. Where those laws give you rights that this policy doesn’t, those laws apply.
